LettuceBerry Salad
1/2 bunch romaine lettuce or 1/3 head iceberg lettuce,
cut into bite-sized pieces
8 oz. strawberries, sliced
1Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon red wine or balsamic vinegar
Toss the strawberries with the sugar and add to the lettuce.
Combine the mayonnaise, milk and vinegar. Pour over
lettuce/berry mixture. Gently toss all together.
