Pattern Rounds 15 - 17: Alternate Pattern Rounds 3 and 2.
Pattern Round 18: As for Round 2, but use hdc's and slip stitches instead of
dc's and sc's.
Fasten off and weave in end. Using the tail left at the beginning of the starting
ch, join the bottoms of the first and last stitches in Row 1, and weave in that
end.

Fingerless Gloves
2-1/2 oz. Worsted Weight Yarn
Size H Crochet Hook
Leaving a 3 or 4 inch tail, loosely ch. 26.
Round 1: Hdc in 4th ch from hook. Hdc in each of next 22 ch. 24 stitches in
row (ch 2 at the beginning of this row counts as the first stitch in the row).
Join with slip stitch to top of starting ch 2.

comes from. *Sc in center dc of next shell. 3 dc in
next sc.* Repeat between * 4 more times. Sc in
center dc of next shell. Dc in same st where starting
ch 3 and first dc in round were made. Join with slip
stitch to top of starting ch 3.

Pattern Round 13: Work as for Pattern Round 3, EXCEPT: Instead of
working the first full shell in the Round, simply ch 3 (this makes the hole for
the thumb).
Pattern Round 14: Work as for Pattern Round 2, EXCEPT: Work a sc in
the center of the ch 3 that forms the thumb hole (instead of in the center dc of
the shell that would normally be there.
Pattern Round 13: Work as for Pattern Round 3, EXCEPT: Instead of
working the first full shell in the Round, simply ch 3 (this makes the hole for
the thumb).
Pattern Round 14: Work as for Pattern Round 2, EXCEPT: Work a sc in
the center of the ch 3 that forms the thumb hole (instead of in the center dc of
the shell that would normally be there.
